Fury Warrior, Gillii
1. Basic Information
Age : 23
Character Name: Gillii
Class: Warror
Raid Spec: Fury/Arms
Time Zone. GMT +0
2. Can you please link your armory: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/outland/Gillii/simple
3. Convince us you know your class. What do you take into consideration with your gear selection?
I wouldn't say i know my class like i used too, i do on the other hand spend hours making sure my gear selection/gems/talents etc are all chosen for the fights ahead etc. Iv just started playing WoW again after having about 6-7 months break. I will fully get to grips with my class once i know iv got a guild.
Example information to consider: What stats work for you, what don't, any haste breakpoints you're aiming for, how do you see the value of your mastery changing over time? Do your stats change for heroic progression as opposed to farm content?
Im my opinion my stats are pretty straight forward.. Crit/Mastery prio with a haste cap aim of 11% the little research iv done to extend my dps through heroic dungeons. if im stood uncorrected i like being able to learn more about my stats, i don't sit with being arrogant or being a Mr know it all. I like it when i learn new things and ill be honest i am out of practice with my class stats
4. Describe in detail your rotation / skill priority for maintaining HPS, DPS or TPS & Active Mitigation;
My main objective in my dps rotation would not to over cap my rage. I dont want to loose any chance to dump rage.
Bloodthirst on cool down as much as possible.
Wild strikes on proc(ill tend to use WS 3x when around 80% after a proc)
Raging blow on proc ( If i have WS proc ill use 1x RB then use my WS pro )
Ill use beserker rage when i dont have an enrage.
I feel asif fury has a very strange rotation, you never find yourself doing a rotation more of a priority chain? i find it a little hard to explain in full detail so please excuse my sloppy rotation explanation!
5. Please supply a link to a recent raid combat log. Flex is acceptable but Normal / Heroic modes are preferred. (optional)
I have not raided this expansion, i hope to show my potential.
6. What prior raiding experience do you have when it was current content? How much of it is on this character or in this role?
I rerolled my char after leaving frost mane and starting again on my recent char Gillii, i have no raiding achivs earned by this char, Iv been raiding since TBC and i stopped raiding after MoP was released. I will give any information of my raiding history as its abit here and there.
7. Do you have a working microphone and are you able to communicate in English?
Yes, im british :)
8. What resources do you use to research, learn and benefit from geeky theorycrafting about your class and spec?
I will use Youtube, Wowwiki, Noxxic. I use several, if im learning about my class with more detail ill look almost about anywhere ( ill literally surf google for hours )
9. Do you have multiple specs, are they geared enough to raid and are you comfortable raiding in them?
I have heroic dungeon gear with a few warforged items.
10. Can you make our raid times consistently?
Wednesday, Sunday, Monday - 7.00pm to 11.00pm. Realm time.
I can make raid times, preped always also.
11. Performance has a relatively light raid schedule, so it needs to be productive. Can you take constructive criticism without being offended? Do you have a mature temperament? Are you comfortable being benched?
Im a very laid back guy and as iv said in this application i like constructive criticism, it makes me a better player witch is what most people aim to be :)
12. Can you post a picture of your UI?
My UI is standard, if needed to be changed im happy to do so.
Just thought id add a small bit of information at the bottom. If you guys don't feel like id be of use in your guild i really wouldn't mind just joining and being a sub so i can have the best opportunity to raid again. Im a very patient guy and i love learning new things off people. I hope you take my application into consideration but if not i wish you all the best with you mythic progression
